3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Tutor Responsibilities

Tutors on our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate information about qualifications and experience
• Deliver quality tutoring services as described
• Maintain professional conduct at all times
• Honor scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice for cancellations
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Student Responsibilities

Students on our platform agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions or provide adequate cancellation notice
• Make timely payments for services received

6. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through our secure payment system. TutorSkool charges a service fee on each transaction. Tutors set their own hourly rates, and students pay the displayed rate plus any applicable fees.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false or misleading information
• Circumvent the platform to avoid fees
• Share account credentials with others
• Scrape or collect data from the platform

9. Intellectual Property

All content on TutorSkool, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by TutorSkool or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they create but grant us a license to use it on our platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

TutorSkool is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. We do not guarantee the quality of tutoring services provided by independent tutors on our platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangalore, India, in accordance with Indian law. Users waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
